This song was written in as long as it took to play the guitar part through and then sing the lyric, basically 5 mins.
It was written during the online Red Nose Day marathon that 'Widgett' Walls and Ken Plume ran. "The Saga of Ken Plume" had been written and sent to Widgett prior to the event, but as he had had a few pee breaks I thought, "Wouldn't it be fun to have a song for Ken to play every time Widge went off camera...?"
...This is that song!
lyrics
Widge has gone for a pee.
Widge has gone for a pee.
I hope he won't pee too long!
I hope he gets back by the end of this song!
Don't leave Ken all alone.
Don't leave the Plume Man all alone.
Why must we wait for the pee break?
Widge, move along and drain that snake!
The Pee Breaks got to end.
Or we'll go round the bend.
I'm telling you again,
the Pee Break's got to end.
Never thought I'd be sitting here.
Gotta say this feeling's queer.
Waiting while Widgett Wees...
Don't make much sense to me!
The Pee Breaks got to end.
Or we'll go round the bend.
I'm telling you again,
the Pee Break's got to end!
... it's got to end...
